## What is Sema4 Works?

Sema4 Works app is a part of an integrated lab reporting and symptom monitoring program to support the safety of employees when returning to work during times of increased risk, such as the current COVID-19 pandemic. Sema4 in collaboration with HealthMode offers employers and employees the opportunity to engage in frequent laboratory testing and remote symptom monitoring for their employees. 

The goal of Sema4 Works, a highly secured application integrated with other Sema4 systems, is to enable an employer’s early identification of positive and at-risk cases with laboratory tests and a quick report of symptoms, along with the unique capability for cough monitoring. Sema4 Works provides employers with the ability to stay informed about workforce status and to promote social distancing policies along with offering COVID-19 testing to support the safety of their employees.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Users complete a twice-daily symptom questionnaire in the app
Users capture their naturally occurring coughs
Users are presented with information about their employer’s safety and isolation policies
Updates about lab testing, including test results, are presented to users
