Filled out the form, including all optional and required fields. Greeted with a “cannot be submitted” message. I guess I’ll let the severe manhole exfiltration continue until the trail sinks in and someone else reports it.

Seminole county should be embarrassed by this app that was updated “4 years ago” - are you kidding me???  Four years is a long, long, time for technology.   IOS is at 14.4 and on the verge of 14.5 and this app is only compatible with 10.0 - seriously.    What a joke.   It now crashes and is totally worthless.   Update or delete this app from the App Store - please!!!

Orange County 311 app is good. Thought this would be too. But it won’t even open.

I moved from Orange County that has a great 311 app. The Seminole version seems to be designed so poorly I wonder if they want people using it. I can only imagine how much tax payer money was wasted on this when it could have been really good. Currently when trying to add a photo to a county request the app freezes on the photo and you can’t submit or go back.
