This app doesn’t appear to have any functions working at all, which is actually worse than not having an app because it makes people doubt information received by phone or SMS. This app should be taken down until its core functionality is at least partially working.

**Developer response:** We are aware that this can cause confusion for new users. The app requires your email address to be linked to your rider profile before trip information can be displayed. If your account has not yet been set up by our office, the app may appear non-functional because no trip information is available to display.
 
Please contact our office at (856)456-3344 and we will be happy to verify your account and help you get connected. Once your profile is linked, you will be able to view your trips and receive ride updates through the app.
