Grey app and equipment, but it took so long to download 22 minutes and it keeps restarting over and over

Device pairs with my iPhone. But, despite many attempts and interventions, it refuses to pair with the app. 

There is no Support number to call. As far as I can tell the app is useless. I hope that the devices are useful in spite of the inability to connect with the app.

### 1/5 — Music and Intercom don’t work simultaneously.

This app actually makes the functionality of the headsets worse.  You kinda get led down the path of believing that you can have all the functionality of the connection to your phone (listen to GPS, music, take calls etc.), and still use the intercom.  This isn’t the case.  If I start listening to music, I’m effectively turning off the mesh network for my device and can no longer receive audio from the other user, nor send audio.  It actually makes it kind of dangerous.  

The devices work well on their own as an intercom system, but by pairing them to your phone it complicates the use of them and makes them worse.  I’d only pair with the device to do a firmware update if absolutely necessary, then go back into the iOS settings and click the “forget device” option to ensure you don’t end up in a situation where you might miss out on critical information from other riders.

Tried using my laptop to do so but after trying for over an hour I gave up.  
You need to be able to update from the app folks.

I have never left a review for an application before now but felt compelled to because the application and instructions are just so bad.  In needs bug fixing and a general rethinking of usage to make it more user friendly.  You essentially need to figure everything out on your own as the included instructions are just as bad.

생각보다 가볍고 디자인도 심플하니 이쁩니다. 무엇보다 전화통화시 연결상태 매우 좋으며 상대방도 바람소리등 노이즈없이 목소리가 깔끔하게 들린다고 합니다. 단점은 음악들을때 저음(베이스음)은 많이 아쉬워요. ㅎ

Es wird damit beworben, dass der M1 evo auch Radio hat, aber leider stimmt das nicht. Ich fühle mich da schon etwas hinters Licht geführt. Auf der Webseite fehlt nur noch die Einstellung mit 1 Sekunde die Taste drücken. Sehr ärgerlich.
