The products are defective and customer service is awful. They do not seem to care about the customer at all. AVOID. ### 2/5 — Half of the features *2023-01-03* I’m not sure if this app has been trimmed down over time, or if the snowtalk 2 just doesn’t get all of the features. It’s useable, but there’s really no benefit to downloading the app outside of QR pairing. I was excited about the music control and individual volume settings. Neither of which seem to be included in the current app version. The only option in the app is “intercom”. I haven’t had the chance to try it yet, but hopefully the intercom works well. Otherwise I should have just gotten some Bluetooth headphones. ### 1/5 — Lacks functions *2022-12-16* The app lacks at least half of the functions in the pictures.
