Neither myself nor three of my friends can get this app to connect to our Sena.I’ve tried to factory reset remove a device from Bluetooth we’ve done everything and none of us can get this app to recognize our SF4.

if i could give it a 0 i would. seven hours of screwing around with this thing beyond it not working for my first ride with it has me getting ready to return it. utterly useless instructions that make no sense and lily don’t work… insufferably useless app … wow, so bad, first and last Sena product for me…

My phone is paired to my SENA RAU, I can play music and make calls with my phone, however... the SENA SF UTILITY APP will not work. It will not continue past the “connect phone” screen. I’m unable to do anything with the app! So frustrating! Trying to get tech assistance is IMPOSSIBLE!!!
