An app with no practical use. Very limited interaction capability. No real benefit for the user other than an advertisement platform for the mall.

I find the redemption process unnecessarily complicated, as it requires going through the concierge instead of allowing independent uploads. The need to wait for approval makes the process inefficient and inconvenient.

Additionally, this system gives the impression that my spending is being questioned, which feels uncomfortable. It also makes me feel unappreciated in terms of the effort I have made to collect these points.

I hope there can be improvements to make the process more user-friendly and respectful to customers.

Gagal tukar poin krn aplikasi rusak. Setelah besoknya kembali ke mall dibilang sdh tidak bisa krn sudah beda hari. Useless app.

Thank you Senayan City for providing this great apps! It’s so convenient to use it. The Moment I park my car, I started using it to help me remember where I park my car. This apps offer information for good offerings from tenants . I also use this app to redeem my loyalty e-voucher for purchases ....no more the need to keep paper vouchers in my wallet anymore. Information of what films now showing in cinema can be found in this app.  Thank you .

senayan city membership now is really convenience after this app launched. I don’t physically voucher anymore, they have e-voucher and easy to use at tenant. 👍🏼
