## What is SenCRM?

SenCRM is the mobile companion to the SenCRM management platform for construction, engineering and facility-management teams — and for the residents and clients they serve.

A live account on your organisation's SenCRM system is required to sign in. There is no self-service sign-up.

 FOR THE OFFICE
 • Projects & contracts — detail, materials, financial progress
 • Tenders and purchase orders at a glance
 • Kanban task boards with drag-and-drop
 • Approvals inbox: timesheets and leave, approve in one tap
 • Leads pipeline with full email timelines

 FOR THE FIELD
 • Report equipment issues in a guided wizard — with photos, even offline
 • Clock in and out with accurate times, signal or not
 • Weekly timesheets and leave requests in working days
 • Equipment alerts that name the exact site and machine, linked to the ticket

 REQUEST A SERVICE
 • Browse your building's service catalogue and raise a request in a few taps
 • See the price up front, before you send
 • Track everything under "My requests"

 ALWAYS ON
 • Push notifications that deep-link straight to the ticket or work item
 • Global search across everything you can access
 • AI assistant with optional voice input (Greek and English dictation)
 • Secure sign-in with Face ID and passkeys

Work offline with confidence: changes queue on your device and sync automatically, and anything the server rejects is shown to you — never silently lost.
