Unexpectedly, the transaction went swiftly. Worth noting, too, is that this SEND App had the best rate I have ever transacted with. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Also, the people who attended to me were really prompt and helpful – thank you, Chisom and Gloria. However, my issue is that logging in is a lot of work. Imagine having to sign in (with your whole email and stuff) every time you want to open the app. It’s tiring and slowly negatively affects user experience. I have attempted to complete the identity verification process several times using the official Government-issued NIN Card. However, the Veriff verification system integrated into the app is failing to recognize the document. It consistently gets stuck on a screen that only offers "Passport" or "Driver’s License" as options, with no way to select or upload my National ID/NIN card. ### 1/5 — Customer Supports *2026-01-13, version 4.2.3* SendApp restricted my account without a clear reason. I followed all their instructions and provided the requested information, only to receive a generic response saying they will not support my transactions and that the restriction will remain due to “compliance policies.” No explanation, no transparency, no appeal process, just a vague message and ticket closure. This is unacceptable for a financial app where people trust you with their money. Very disappointing experience.
