Not what I was expecting. Just an automated email forward that detaches your attachment and lets you retrieve it from their web site.
If that's what you what, I guess it works, but I sure you really wanted to save a mail attachment straight to you phone? Well this isn't it.

There is no way to do this.

Not anything like what it says in the description, all files have to go to and from a web server and you don't have them on your phone. Trash.

Not really sure what the other reviewers are on about, I was able to save attachments from emails and re-attach to new emails without having to go via webserver.  I think there is an option to use the Senddoc server, but its certainly not madatory.

I have found this app quite useful as I needed to be able to save documents from emails to my phone to later send elsewhere and this does just that.

The only criticism I'd have is that the graphics within the app are a bit naff (little retro glasses),

I have been searching for an application that will be able to save my RESUME (word doc) onto my iPhone AND also allow me to send it from my iPhone via email as and attachment. Well I finally found it in this app!!!! The instructions are simple. If you have an existing attachment you want onto your phone just forward that email to the app (send doc) and then open the app and it's there. Now I can appy to jobs on the go and if someone needs a copy of my resume then I can simply forward it within seconds instead of using a computer. It's only .99 and a gem of an app.

I absolutely love Dropbox, but I have often been totally frustrated by the fact that, although Dropbox gives me 24/7 ACCESS to all my files, I have never been able to ATTACH them to any emails. SendDoc is the PERFECT complement!!!  And there are no complicated steps involved!  Just open your doc in Dropbox, click the arrow, and SendDoc appears as one of your options!
