I don't get how to change my phrases, the instructions given dont work (there is no + sign where it says there will be) at least it did let you have more than one phrase inserted into a mail, which Reply Butler didn't allow.

Its text functionality is more limited in the UK as well, I don't think you can send emails that turn into texts here.
