I typed in the fax number, selected a file I had saved on Dropbox and within 2 minutes, the office had received the fax. They took the the time to think outside of the box and found a solution to transfer old credits to the new version! Most companies would be issuing apologies and reasons why they could not complete. They didn’t. They communicated that they would try for a resolution and accomplished it. That’s integrity and kindness, above and beyond. It wasn’t a huge crisis worth millions, but the kind gesture and determination was priceless.
