Maybe it’s just the name so you assume it is. Anyway I’ve tried sending a fax at least 8 times, I’ve tried local numbers in Ontario as well as a few different North American numbers and it keeps telling me the fax failed. I’ve confirmed the fax numbers multiple times, I’ve also confirmed that a couple of the fax numbers I was sending to do not require anyone to answer and one even said they can get multiple faxes from multiple numbers at the same time so obviously there’s just no reasonable excuse for it to fail. Especially when I paid the full subscription up front. So I must give this app a low rating ### 5/5 — All you need for faxing *2020-08-24* Editing allowed, easy to use. I also subscribed to fax number, so I can also receive faxes, and have them at hand all the time. After signaling attempt unsuccessful, I get an email saying click ‘here’ and verify. So I do. Then you have to go through a host of preference questions, blah blah blah . . . At this point is when I realized the website name was sketchy. Even if it does work, I’m not messing with all this! NEXT! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work anymore *2025-05-28* The app used to work great. Now when opening it says “Adding purchased fax tokens to your bal… please connect to the internet and click on the start button” I’m clearly connected to the internet. The app doesn’t progress past this screen. Edit: I went to their website and was able to send a fax from my computer. The app is a waste. **Developer response:** Thank you for letting us know.
