It is a simple song message app for heartfelt notes, music dedications, thoughtful gifts, and everyday recommendations.

A bare music link does not always explain why a song matters. SendASong adds the missing story. Search for a track, write what it reminds you of, address it to someone special, and create a personal song message that carries both the title and your meaning.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Search for songs by title or artist using Apple’s iTunes Search API.
• Choose a meaningful track and open its official iTunes Store page.
• Add the recipient’s name and write a personal note.
• Create a SendASong message with its own shareable link.
• Share through Messages, social apps, email, or any compatible app.
• Open received messages to read the full note and view the selected song.
• Search by recipient name to find messages created for you.
• Browse recent song messages and music dedications for inspiration.
• Report objectionable messages or block an abusive sender at any time.

1. Think about the person and the feeling you want to express.
2. Search for a song connected to a memory, mood, lyric, celebration, or shared moment.

SAFER COMMUNITY SHARING
Before using the app, everyone must accept Terms of Service with zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Message text is checked before posting. Every message detail includes Report and Block Sender controls. Reporting hides the message and sends it to moderation. Blocking removes that sender’s content from your feed immediately and also notifies SendASong.

THOUGHTFUL SHARING
Song messages use public links and may be discoverable through recipient-name search. Do not include passwords, addresses, financial details, private identifiers, or other sensitive information. Review the recipient name, message, and selected song before sending. Objectionable content may be removed, and abusive users may be blocked.

MUSIC CATALOG TRANSPARENCY
Song metadata, artwork, and short previews come from Apple’s iTunes Search API for music discovery and promotion. Previews stream only after a user taps Play. Music Information provides iTunes attribution and a direct Store link. SendASong does not download, save, cache, convert, export, redistribute, or host audio or full tracks.
