Their speed with my international orders is remarkable. They do have glitches sometimes but their good work surpasses them. I mean, no entity is perfect. Please don’t patronize this brand if you don’t want your money gone ### 1/5 — Stay away from Sendbox *2023-03-05* I have an online fashion store that caters to clients outside Nigeria; US, UK , Canada & the rest of the world. Through our year 2022 - I used Sendbox as my shipping partner & was able to assure my customers of shipping delivery on or before 6 days because Sendbox used DHL. I shipped over 100 packages using sendbox in year 2022. Outside Nigeria; customers write reviews after receiving their order ; I depend on those reviews to get more customers. I was paying N18,500 as shipping fee as well. So I make sure I do my Best to make them happy. All went well until Sendbox restructured their shipping & started offering standard shipping and basic shipping (can’t remember what it’s called) this was a big mistake on their part. Then cheaper shipping is only offered in certain states & it’s supposed to be faster but it the worst shipping I’ve ever used in my life . I sent a package from Lagos to the US ; it took almost 3 weeks to arrive; & there was no tracking number; are you kidding me?? I couldn’t send tracking to my customer & every time I want to know where my package is for fear of getting lost I have to call sendbox & also waste my call credit. They have changed from DHL to UPS. In other states u are only have the option of using regular shipping which is about N26,000 - I sent a package 2 weeks ago via Sendbox & their shipping partner UPS … do you know as I write this review this package is still in transit??? After paying such an Amount? It’s been 14 days .. WOW .. and the funny part is that I sent another package that same day to the US via DHL & that package was delivered in 6 days. And I paid N30,000 for sending it via DHL .. I should have just sent this 2 weeks in transit package via DHL.. sendbox is confused. Bottom line .. this is where my business relationship with Sendbox . I cannot risk the reputation of my business trying to ship a package for cheap with a company that cannot ensure my package is delivered within the time frame stipulated: which is 6-9 business days. If you don’t want to get frustrated frantically trying to track your package & calm your customers down & for the sake of your own peace of mind I’d advice you to leave sendbox alone & use DHL direct ; figure out a way to include the shipping cost in the price you quote to your customers. **Developer response:** Hi @Nookie45, We're sorry about this and we we'd like to get this issue resolved. Thank you! ### 1/5 — Sendbox is scam *2022-08-09, version 6.0.3* Have been logged out of my account and I was about logging in back all I could see is invalid username or password whereby have dropped the confirm username.i even have to change the password am using before and it went successfully but to login back is now the problem and I have my money there ### 1/5 — Reliable Shipping Service & Cheaper then DHL *2022-07-25, version 6.0.3* They are my go to shipping service but the reason why I am changing my rating to a 1 star is because I hate it when businesses lie to me. They said give a review, send a screenshot of the review & you will get shipping credits in exchange added to your account . So I gave my honest review- sent a screenshot. It’s been 1 week, no shipping credits i even sent a new message with screenshot - guess what? They closed my ticket & still no shipping credits. I’ll keep using your service but don’t bait a customer if you will not fulfill your end of the bargain. ———————— I have been using Sendbox as my worldwide shipping option since last year. I have an online store & have shipped over 100 packages to the US, UK, Mexico, Canada, Netherlands & numerous African countries via the Sendbox App & I have found it to be reliable. The service is cheaper DHL partner. I save an average of N5,000 Naira per shipment on Sendbox compared to going directly to DHL to ship. When I say Sendbox is a DHL partner what I mean is that items are shipped using DHL Waybills & DHL services. The Sendbox app has been reliable for me. I have understood how it works. Whenever it’s having a downtime (which happened only once), the company emails you to use the website. All my suggestions to the company; they have implemented. They are doing a fine job & I’m going to stick with them as long as they don’t raise their prices to match the actual DHL prices. They take on average 4days to deliver a parcel within Lagos. No reasonable person or organisation should ever do business with these guys.
