## What is Sendero Coaching?

Sendero Coaching connects you with your health coach through real-time data sharing and protocol tracking.

Important: Sendero requires an invitation from your coach to get started. If you don't have a coach using Sendero yet, this app won't be useful to you.

Your coach designs personalized health protocols — daily habits, nutrition targets, workout goals, supplement schedules — and assigns them to you through Sendero. You see your daily checklist, track completions, and share progress automatically.

Sendero Coaching is a companion app for clients working with a Sendero-subscribed health coach. Your coach manages your protocols and reviews your progress through the Sendero web dashboard.

Apple Health integration requires your permission. Sendero reads activity metrics (steps, calories, exercise minutes), nutrition data (macros, calories), and workout data (heart rate, duration, type) to give your coach visibility into your daily health patterns. No health data is shared with third parties.
