## What is SendGuard?

SendGuard finds what you did not mean to share - names, emails, IBANs, addresses, faces, hidden metadata - and takes it out before you send.

Built for the second between you and Send.

macOS - CLEAN THE CLIPBOARD BEFORE YOU PASTE
Press ⌃⌘V instead of ⌘V. SendGuard reads what you copied, replaces names with [PERSON], emails with [EMAIL] and IBANs with [IBAN], and shows you what it removed. One click brings the original back. Works wherever you can paste: ChatGPT, Claude, Mail, Slack, Cursor, Notes.
You can pick a different shortcut in Settings.

CLEAN DOCUMENTS
Open a PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pages, Numbers or Keynote file. SendGuard shows the author name in the metadata, hidden columns and sheets, tracked changes, comments and speaker notes, and exports a cleaned copy.

CLEAN SCREENSHOTS AND PHOTOS
SendGuard spots faces, email addresses, IBANs, postal addresses, browser tabs and notification banners, and covers them. Blur, pixelate and black bar are all included.

EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
Detection runs locally. No upload, no cloud, no account, no tracking. Your files never leave your device.

KNOWS WHAT COUNTS AS PRIVATE WHERE YOU ARE
Detection profiles for German IBANs, French SIRET numbers, UK National Insurance numbers, Japanese My Number and ID formats from ten countries, picked from your system region.

The whole app is translated into 65 languages. Text grows with your system text size, and VoiceOver reads the shortcuts out properly.

It renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.

PRO ONLY SELLS WHAT ACTUALLY COSTS SOMETHING
Scanning, cleaning, every blur style and export are unlimited and free. The broken "9223372036854775807 of 5 free scans left" counter on the main screen is gone.

CLIPBOARD CLEANING IS FINALLY USABLE
The shortcut is explained in onboarding, in Settings and in the menu bar. It reports what it removed and offers an undo, instead of silently overwriting your clipboard.

NEW DEFAULT SHORTCUT: ⌃⌘V
⇧⌘V is "paste as plain text" in Chrome, Slack and VS Code. A global hotkey beats every app shortcut, so SendGuard used to break that system-wide while it was running. ⇧⌘V is still available in Settings if you want it.

FIXED
• A scanned document now shows real progress instead of an unchanged start screen
• Old results no longer stay on screen while a new scan runs invisibly
• The main button on the Mac no longer opens an empty photo library
• The app no longer renders entirely in Times New Roman on iPhone and iPad

LANGUAGES AND ACCESSIBILITY
All 65 languages are fully translated instead of half English. Text scales with your system text size and VoiceOver announces the right keys.
