I’ve had one cleaner terrified of my little dogs - and another tell me that most are Malay so cannot be near dogs. She also didn’t know how to clean bathrooms (tried to use toilet cleaner, which contains bleach, on tiles and left all bathrooms soaking wet). I’ve just asked my 3rd cleaner to leave because she arrived late, sick, and smelled of cigarettes. I don’t want smelly clothes from her ironing and to get sick. I’m now waiting for my refund because the discount code and credits issued for inconveniencing me mean I have to keep using the app when I don’t want anymore negative experiences.
