I am having to delete and reinstall the app regularly as a way to reset it work properly. I have no idea how many phone calls I miss when the app decides to stop working and gives error codes I have never seen before. Today, it won’t work at all even after reinstalling multiple times. When it’s working it’s a good app. But, they should have been able to provide a better solution for glitches after being around this long. **Developer response:** Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. A few glitches from time to time but we're comfortable with it being critical to the organization. I hope they add the capability to send photos soon and cut down on the ability of new team members to add their own contacts from their phones. ### 2/5 — Optimize this asap *2021-12-29, version 5.1.6* Great service on PC and Android but the app on iPhones is total garbage. There hasn’t been a single day where this app doesn’t slow down and glitch. I have a brand new iPhone 13 pro max and this is the only app that gives me trouble. When I go to type a text, the keyboard freezes consistently. The app freezes the majority of the time after hitting the send button. Switching between contacts/messages in the inbox is also glitchy. This app needs to be optimized asap ### 2/5 — Cant export data - what? *2017-08-25, version 5.1.2* We've been using SendHub for quite some time, and have some concerns. The features are good, but the call quality is somewhat variable, they just had an outage because of an expired Google Chrome certificate, and we've found that there is no way to export contacts from their database, which is hard to understand. Our team is now neglecting to use it whatsoever as it will freeze and time out upon attempted use multiple times a week. You can be in the middle of a call/text with a client and suddenly your account is suspended for no apparent reason. SendHub is good for using on the computer, but don't rely on this app. Slow, glitchy, messages don't come through half the time. The concept is great, but there are so many bugs!! I work for a start up company where I constantly have to reach out to clients on this app everyday every hour. Wanna make a phone call? Good luck. If any other call comes in it doesn't give you the option to hold or switch calls, it just automatically ends your current call. Using this app so that its wifi and not data use? GOOD LUCK! Every time you get an incoming call, it rings from the app and then takes over on your actual phone so that you end up using data. Want to look up a past conversation? Good luck! You can't on mobile, but on a pc or Mac if you type in the name it starts to mix the letters up and you can't find anything. Highly recommend NOT using this application, it has been such a disappointment and has caused so many issues for me. ### 1/5 — Service is not user friendly. *2016-01-02, version 5.0.6* This seems to be a difficult system to use. We get A lot of missed calls and missed messages.
