Money from wallet non-refundable

This app will not allow you withdraw the money from your wallet if you choose not use their service anymore. And there is no where in their terms of use where this is stated. Even when you contact their customer service, they’ll tell you it’s non-refundable. So you loose money to them even if you’re displeased with their service.
