I haven’t purchased through the app but I have sold an item. The biggest downside for me, as someone who regularly sells stuff on other platforms like Poshmark, is that they take a pretty significant chunk of your earnings if you transfer the funds out of the app. It’s more ideal to sell things on there if you plan to just use those funds for purchasing other things in the app. On the one item I sold, they took a $10 fee off the top, if I transfer the funds to my bank account they take another 25% + $0.25 per transfer. That’s a pretty significant amount of your sale profit they take in comparison to other platforms. The whole point of me selling items is to get rid of stuff and make some money back on it. I don’t need to sell and buy new stuff, so that setup isn’t ideal for me personally and is the main reason I probably will end up going to Poshmark or Facebook marketplace over using this app. ### 5/5 — Super convenient *2025-02-15, version 1.3.4* Great place to sell and buy. Never had any major issues before with EBay, Etsy, and Poshmark, but also never had real human, prompt, and effective customer service like you’ve demonstrated. Many thanks. ### 5/5 — Awesome app only one issue *2025-02-06, version 1.3.4* I love the app really amazing idea the only thing I’ve encountered as a problem isn’t from the app itself, the seller of an item hasn’t responded yet I’d really like them to, but a way to avoid people purchasing items that are not available or sellers may not be using the app anymore would be to put a time limit on listings like 1month or two weeks or something so people know the posts are at least checked on, when I went to message my seller because I noticed he hadn’t sent my package and it had been 6 days it said he hadn’t been online in over a month which I probably would’ve went with a different option knowing, but I should’ve tried to message them first, SENDY is able to contact them with their info so I’m just waiting on that, SENDY responded really quickly to me and has about everything, honestly a really great support team in the app, really great app design🙏 keep up the amazing work SENDY ### 5/5 — Send it SENDY *2024-12-20, version 1.3.4* First purchase on SENDY. After 3 months of sending them messages I finally got somewhat of a refund. Way way less then what I had spent. Messaged again to get a full refund and no response. If I could leave 0 stars I would. ### 1/5 — Not ready for prime time *2026-03-18, version 1.3.7* 1. Search is horrible. I can search for an exact item by exact name and it will never be the first or even near the top of results. 2. Photo uploading for listing my items is limited to tiny photos and only eight of them. Nowhere near what your competitors do. 3. App is glitchy and fails on upload info new items. Basically I can list on eBay far, far faster. I don’t want to use eBay but I also don’t want to spend twenty minutes to list a twenty dollar item ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY FROM SENDY *2026-01-11, version 1.3.7* I purchased a snowboard on SENDY 23 days ago and have not received update on the mailing service since purchasing. Contacted the owner and no response. I contacted SENDY a couple of times and they said the would update me and never did and would look into it immediately. I am now starting the refund process, hoping I can get a refund. Don’t walk, run away! *2023-03-11, version 1.2.8* After completing a sale and finally getting my account balance funded weeks after buyer received their item, SENDY won’t allow me to withdraw funds. It takes what should be a pretty easy upload process into a hassle. Why would I go through the hassle of resizing all my photos? I’ve even contacted the developer and sent screen recordings but it’s been over a year and it still breaks the UI and it won’t post or Save. Just completely breaks.
