It won’t even open anymore. I’ve tried redownloading it... and nothing works. It’s frustrating. And it looks like it hasn’t gotten any new info uploaded for a while. Thank you! ### 2/5 — Worthless *2017-05-23, version 2.2.4 (1)* Why even make an app if nothing on it works? Literally nothing is loading after the first time I downloaded it. The first time I was in it I entered all my contact info, customized, etc and when I closed it and got back in, everything was gone and zilch will load. Literally nothing. Would be nice to have PDFs of product knowledge so it can easily be pulled up when customers have questions. I thought maybe the app has different username/password, but it doesn't give you the option to create a new account. Tried the change my password option and it says they have no record of me. Customer Service was no help at all. Doesn’t matter what sequence you do, it asks for login, face id for next time, and to agree to terms and conditions. Unfortunately, that’s all the app does. My life had a drastic change and I was unable to work the business like I had dreamed I would. We took in 4 foster children and they are all girls. My husband and I was ready for retirement but God had other plans for us. We are Blessed and most days stressed but we have survived our 1st year. Praise God.!! I recently rejoined and this time I want to do videos and become very active about my sales. Lisa Tippin Morris is my hero. I love her style and her confidence. She is a blessing to watch.
