The Seneca Allegany logo shows and then just blank screen. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever been on *2024-06-01* Can’t ever get on the app. All you get is a blank screen. Why don’t somebody fix it been like this for a very long time ### 1/5 — Terrible website and app! *2024-03-04* The website and app need completely redone! Especially the Social Club (Players Club), when you book a hotel room there is no way to go in and make changes to your reservation, you are forced to call their customer support to make changes and some of them are shady! Today I was asked to verify my account with my birthdate, I refused, she then said I need to verify with my birthdate OR my drivers license number! I asked why that information would be in my file in the first place and why would customer service phone person have access to that personal information!?! I tried to find on the website or app a way to report this to management or someone but the only phone number available leads me right back to those same customer support people. Just beware when using their app or website! She came over and was the most unfriendly person to him and asked for his social security card which he not I carry with us.
