I would constantly have to close out of the app and reopen it for it to work but on my latest attempt, it timed out and gave me an error. Works great when it actually works properly. Has issues needing fixed for months now *2020-12-28* The app is wonderful when it works but for months now (I last rated in June 2020) it will not load all the colors to try in the LipSense category! Anything alphabetically before Blu-J will not load!!!! I’ve deleted and downloaded again many times and can not get it to load ALL the colors!!!!! I deleted the app, and reinstalled it. Then the other options shows up. However, now everything shows up blank. I’m not able to try lipsense or any other products now. It shows “not available” in the little circles with the name of each color/shade ### 2/5 — What update? *2020-03-17* So I used to love this app. I probably bought $100s of Lipsense from my distributor because of the fabulous way this app works. Went to see how the latest color release looks on me and the app WILL NOT OPEN!!! What is up and when will this be fixed? Not sure who thought this was an improvement but they need a new job.
