Every once in a while it will forget the bulb and not be able to find it. Turning the phone on and off, unplugging the outlet, resetting the Router and reinstalling the app doesn’t fix it. And then all of a sudden it works again. It’s been off for 2 days now

well i bought 2 bulbs to try them out at $50 each and the app can't find either of them... 
ive gone through every possible fix(restarting everything, factory reseting, disconnecting things from the router). also both bulbs are directly beside the router. shamefull display.

Spent almost $50 for this stupid bulb. I have downloaded the app 3 times. Turned my phone off and on. Turned wifi log and on and it WILL NOT find this stupid expensive bulb. It pure crap. Don’t spend money on this. It’s easier to walk across the room and turn the light on. I repeat. CRAP.

Useless product. If someone turns the light off at the switch, instead of in the app, the wifi connection code is lost and has to be re entered. Very slow script to add a bulb takes several minutes. Very poor app

I paid $50.00 for this supposed wi fi booster. Have followed the instructions to the letter and the app can't find the bulb.  Tried in several different lamps and in different homes, on different pads and phones, nothing at all.  Never finds the device when I try to add.
Unfortunately I purchased the bulb while on a vacation out of state so that money was a huge waste. As is this app

Software interface is horrible - dialogue boxes are incomplete and words disappear below screen. Doesn’t matter anyway because the hardware doesn’t work and gets hot to the touch!

First it stopped showing up on the app and when I press add new bulb it doesn’t come up either. Second it is connected to my home wifi which is password protected but ever since it stopped connecting to the app, the boost connection that comes up in wifi connections is an open network. Third the reset button on the bulb does nothing

I can switch one light off and on. That’s it. Can’t connect anything else. Also can’t use the settings tab. Worst thing I have ever got.

The wifi boost works great for my upper level which never got good service from the router in the basement. The only suggestion would be to allow a timer to turn the light on and off.

I use one of these for Wi-Fi in my garage and it is terrific. It’s a practical little repeater. When I first bought the bulb I contacted the company and suggested one huge improvement would be to put a timer in the app. Not difficult to do I wouldn’t think. I leave the light on because it also acts as a safety light at night and it would be wonderful to have a sunset to sunrise on off timer as part of the app. 

Guys, please help us out and add this to the next release. If you had that I would give you five stars happily and I would probably buy another one for the other end of my ridiculously stretched out weird house.

Works as described, wifi extender fit our needs perfectly. The app is a little slow to boot up and locate bulbs, could really use a scheduling feature to turn it on/off if possible.

This app is a companion to the Sengled led lights that boost your Wi-fi signal. I found it very easy to install/configure once I downloaded the app.  My only quibble was that the wifi signal boost was modest, not as robust as I had hoped.  Still, the app worked as promised. I'm hopeful that the signal boost will be stronger for the two other bulbs that I bought and plan to deploy in other spots in my house.

The app hasn’t been updated so now that I want to change the settings on my boost lights, I can’t. I can only see the on/off button. All other settings and options don’t load.

While I was able to install the bulb and it functions as expected, the App takes a long time to find the bulb and it does not display properly on my iPhone XR running ios13. Nothing comes up when selecting the menu icon, dialogs do not appear to be formatted properly and the LED control, while functional, has no control displayed or graphical feedback when operating. Have not tried it on earlier phones yet, but rating based on current iOS experience.
