It requires a data plan and won’t do FaceTime audio. Also, no way to adjust any settings.

You can only have 5 contacts plus an emergency contact. Not good when you have a big family.

Love the idea but Apple limits its usefulness. Ideally it would be great if could be used with guided access so the senior never had to leave the app. Unfortunately, if you put guided access on it doesn’t allow you to answer the phone.

APPLE get your act together!!

The benefit of having big buttons to select a person to call is lost when the user has to Confirm or Cancel using regular small buttons.  The app needs to always use big buttons.
