He has early onset dementia and gets so many spam calls, texts, and emails that he was falling for scams constantly. (Before Senior Shield we had to replace his credit card at least 12 times!) There is nothing else out there quite like this product! I love being able to check in on him and make sure he gets information on the latest scams and how to identify and avoid them. We’ve noticed a difference since we subscribed him to the premium feature and he’s starting to be less vulnerable and be more educated. I could send a test phishing text to my parents sitting right next to me and watch what they do. After I could explain that it was a fake text trying to trick them. The quiz was great too. They did better than I thought actually which gave great peace of mind. It’s super easy for them to put messages in the app to tell them if a message is legit or fake.
