## What is Senko?

Senko is a quiet 15-minute mindful break represented by a single incense stick burning on screen.

Instead of a counting timer, Senko borrows the Japanese sense of ma — a gentle pause of 15 minutes that helps you step away from screens, settle into a book, enjoy tea or coffee, or simply breathe.

Senko is designed to stay out of your way. There is no sound, no numeric countdown, no ads, no account, and nothing to unlock. The incense quietly burns down, the ash settles, and when the 15 minutes are over the session ends with a soft haptic cue (and an optional gentle local notification).
