Please update your apps ande eventually the headphones`firmware so we dont have to trahs them. Wenn - ja wenn es die Möglichkeit einer manuellen Aussteuerung gäbe. Aber aus mir unerfindlichen Gründen wird das verhindert. Ich kenne so viele Musikerkollegen, die ein solches Mikrofon lieben würden - und es aufgrund dieses Problems nicht nutzen können. Also: sennheiser, implementiert die Funktion und ich bin restlos glücklich! ### 3/5 — Works but recording levels too low *2021-05-11, version 1.04* Only two choices of recorded level : “reduced Level” might be ok for something very loud (pop concert, football match or air display) but “normal level” is much too low to record ambient sounds of say, nature, but might be ok for noisy city walk-about. Would suggest future update should include a third setting for a “boosted level” for quiet ambient surroundings for example sound of nature, bird song, seashore etc. That would make the App and headset much more useful. As it is at present the headset In my view is of limited use. ### 2/5 — EQ not changeable on iOS 14.4.2. *2021-04-24, version 1.04* I have updated to ios 14.4.2 and EQ presets don’t work and custom EQ can’t be saved. Please give the app an update with a new look and controls. There is still a lot of who enjoy the Ambeo Headsets! ### 3/5 — Works ok, just about *2021-01-27, version 1.04* Took 3 attempts to update firmware of the Ambeo smart headset. Update failed on first attempt at 91%, this removed all the remote control functions that were originally working out of the box. Second attempt failed at 75% and third completed successfully which restored the functionality. ### 3/5 — Mono Level und in ear mic Balance nicht einstellbar *2021-01-08, version 1.04* Mono MIC im Kabel nicht einstellbar, schade. Die Empfindlichkeit des im Kabel eingebauten mic‘s ist viel zu gering, dies wird bei Telefonaten vom Gesprächspartner regelmäßig angemerkt, selbst wenn man das MIC näher an den Mund bringt, was nur eingeschränkt möglich ist, ändert sich dieser Missstand kaum. Einstellbarkeit des Mono Mic‘s wäre also schön. Ein Balance der in ear Mic‘s fehlt ebenfalls. Schade! Tut man dies, schlägt es fehl und die Steuerung über die Kabelfernbedienung ist außer Funktion. Außerdem ist der Klang danach miserabel. Ich habe es auf mehreren Geräten und mit zwei Headsets ausprobiert. Die Geräte müssen von Sennheiser repariert werden. Die App braucht dringend eine Fehlerkorrektur. Zusätzlich sollte die Funktion zum Abgleich der Mikrofone integriert werden. Die Installation hat dann im 9. Versuch geklappt, 8mal brach es ab. Habe den Ambeo angeschlossen und dann wieder getrennt. Danach funktionierte die Rauschunterdrückung nicht mehr -kurios-. Habe den Ambeo heute zurückgegeben, da das Mono-Mikro für Videokonferenzen viel zu leise ist, sagen jedenfalls meine Videokonferenzpartner. Ich nutze den Ambeo mit meinem iPad-mini 2 und FaceTime. Hope this message finds you well. I just bought the Ambeo smart headset, and I use it with my iPhone 8 without problem (record and listen with your apps). I want to use it to record native ambeo sound with my new iPad Pro with USB-C connector. So, I bought an audio adapter from Anker in US, and the result is : the model is not recognize. I can listen to music, but I cannot record correctly through your app MetaRecorder. Only one channel is detected (left). So my question is : do you recommend an adapter to use this very cool Sennheiser device with USB-C iPad or phones? Or do you plan to update your app or the firmware of the device? It even includes equalizer to fit frequency characteristics for the content played! 🎶 I just have a small feature request for the developers - is it possible to amplify voice microphone volume (the microphone on the right wire) in the next firmware?
