Manchmal funktionieren die TV Clear aber nur manchmal. Der Aktionsradius ist kleiner 2 m. Die Dokumentation, wenn es mal wieder rumzickt, ist unterirdisch, Der Support versprach mir schriftlich ein fehlendes Kabel zu liefern. Kostenpunkt ca. 2,50€. Das Versprechen wurde auch gebrochen. Sennheiser sicher ein guter Name, das Produkt & Doku eher mies….. könnt ihr das wirklich nicht besser oder habt ihr einfach null Bock auf den Job? ### 1/5 — Sehr, sehr schlecht! *2025-04-14* Der Kontakt zum rechten Ohrhörer bricht immer wieder ab. Zu weilen findet er ganze Tage keinen neuen Kontakt. Auch nach Überprüfung sämtlicher Software-Einstellungen ist keine Besserung eingetreten. Auch ist das Ladegerät bereits nach zwei Tagen immer wieder vollkommen entladen. Immer wieder Störungen und Kontaktabbrüche. Leider wird der Button zum Update nie blau. Sennheiser TVS 200 Case ist verbunden und die Hörer liegen im Gerät. ### 1/5 — Schlechte Anleitung *2024-11-09* Nach der Anleitung ist es nicht möglich das Gerät mit dem TV zu verbinden, sehr unbefriedigend bei dem Preis ### 1/5 — Bloß nicht kaufen!! *2024-09-05* funktioniert sehr schlecht, ich bereue den Kauf. Der Versuch, das zu tun, erzeugt eine Fehlermeldung. Antwort des Supports: „Aufgrund der momentanen Situation kann sich die E-Mail-Beantwortung verzögern.“ Nachtrag: Das Problem wurde behoben, was mir auch schließlich vom Support mitgeteilt wurde. **Developer response:** Es tut uns sehr leid, dass sie Umstände hatten. Bitte überprüfen sie unbedingt auch ihren Spam-Ordern ob die Email mit dem Bestätigungscode eventuell dort abgelegt wurde? ### 1/5 — Bluetoothverbindung instabil *2023-09-06* die Bluetoothverbindung zu den Earbuds und zur TVClear App mit meinem IPhone 13 ist sehr instabil und bricht täglich mehrfach zusammen. Wahrscheinlich ist der TV Connector defekt. Ich bin es jedenfalls leid das TVClear täglich mehrfach neu zu starten und werde das Gerät zurückgeben. **Developer response:** Hallo UM 900, es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie Probleme mit dem TV Connector haben.
