Senor Fit is an amazing group of fit-loving people with a combined 25 years of experiences from varies fitness disciplines. Our aim is to ‘Spread the Word’ of a healthy and fit lifestyle. We do this through practical awareness sessions in the fields of Fitness Training, Physical/Mental Development though Healthy Food and a Perfectly Healthy Lifestyle. ALL members & trainees of Senor Fit get exclusive training on the important interdependent factors for a Fit Life.

Trainees will be informed how each physical sport corelates to which body functions and what best nourishment should be taken. Physical Training and Healthy Food eventually lead to a Happily Healthy Life!.
