I use it as an office camera to see who pulls up at the office while I’m not there and it has not been short of notifying me when something is going on. I was a pretty loyal customer, and for the most part, it worked pretty well. And now it doesn’t work anymore. I cannot log onto my alarm or set my alarm. I logged off and now I can’t log back in. And now their website is not even functioning anymore. I’m not even gonna bother complaining to them because they never receive or answer my emails. I can no longer access my home cameras and it is past the point of time to return them. The company no longer exists and has no customer service representatives. I uninstalled the app then reinstalled it and it will not allow me to log in. I tried to reset the password but it tells me it is cancelled. I have not been able to contact anyone to help me with this. Now my phone is giving me notifications that there is activity at my home and I can’t get in to view any of it! So frustrating! ### 1/5 — Terrible. *2021-05-04* It’s so frustrating. There are no directions. The FAQ, as far asI can tell, doesn’t actually exist. I can’t find my way to any usable information. The live chat… Same thing. My issues must be solvable but so far I’m out of luck and $200. There are some handy things about it but right now I’m just annoyed as FAQ, so I can’t actually think of any. The most egregious is, when you do catch an intruder, the video recording ends because it records for a set amount of time. As far as I can tell, there’s no way to set the record duration to be “as long as there is activity detected.” So, if you’re trying to monitor your personal space, what good is it if it turns off before your intruder is done intruding? You can’t see what they did/are doing/took/will take. Ug... ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2021-04-22, version 2.9.0* Great hardware but horrible app and software. Very typical of these Chinese products. My cameras disappeared from the app and the app won’t load now. There’s no mention of them anywhere on the internet. ### 1/5 — Offline permanently *2023-01-05* In December 2022 the app stopped connecting to Ripple's server and thus there is no more streaming, cameras are no longer usable. I tried to buy more from Amazon and they weren’t available.I like not having to pay for a subscription. What I don’t like is no tech support or phone number u can call . What has happened to them I don’t want to have to replace them all. Is there a recall or a website that I can purchase more . I bought an inside and an outside camera w/light for my Northern home. Had a little problem pairing with my camera but I guess I had the camera too close to the router because when I moved it 3 feet away, it paired right up. So far all cameras seem to be working fine. I have already added this two times to two different properties where I have family and it’s great! Pros: 1. Sleek design, most people will not be aware it’s a camera. 2. Provides great video quality 3. Accurate humidity and temperature displays 4. Great with Mobile app especially the listen and talk feature from anywhere. 5. No extras to buy for the unit and the mobile app! 6. Night vision is insanely great as well. Cons: Does not currently work with a 5G WiFi connection, must have a 2G, but I am sure a future update will fix that ### 5/5 — Bravo!!
