Functionality wise there are few bugs such as 1. One can’t change email address in the profile 2. One can’t go back (or close) to previous page/tab e.g if profile page is open it is impossible to get go to any other part of application. Only option left is to kill/shut down the app and reopen it!! 3. Existing clients of sensationz can’t retrieve their current subscription. Automatically inserted email address (within the app) is wrong (that can’t be changed) and phone number alone is not recognised. So you are stuck. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. 1. Regarding the email address, it cannot be changed within the app because your previous subscriptions and purchase history are linked to the registered email. If you'd like to use a different email, please log out and sign in again with the new email. 2. The navigation issue has already been addressed in our latest app update. We recommend updating to the newest version for the best experience. 3. If you face any other issues, please raise a support ticket through the app, and our team will contact you to resolve it as quickly as possible. I am with them for a while now and I can’t thank enough to my Coach Lokesh Sir and Pooja Verma from administration side. Pooja has been very helpful whenever I had issues and promptly provided support. Lokesh Fitness group is one of the best group I am enrolled to.
