С посвидкой на постоянное проживание, которая есть в Дие, все равно не возможно обновить данные. Надо ходить в отделение. Онлайн банк только для граждан Украины. В Привате это реализовано через онлайн анкету гораздо удобнее

Ціль роботи банку з роздрібними клієнтами - намахати їх непомітно на якусь напівприховану комісію, і в ідеалі зробити це так, щоб це спровокувало інші стягнення коштів. Крім того є баги в додатку які також приводять до неправомірного списання коштів, які банк не визнає. Мав помилку повернутись в цей недобанк, але вони швидко нагадали чого закривав акаунт раніше.

Плохой банк , не удобное использование приложением , блокировка без причин !
Получив от вас ответ что блокування от вас имеет кучу причин ! Явной причины нет ! Потому что по договору все пункты я как физ лицо сделал ! А вы ни чего не сделали ! 
Не рекомендую вас !   Худшие банки Украины лучше работают чем вы !

So when you create a bank card, they give you very high credit limit that you CANNOT change. Then they scam you for 35 UAH for sms-notifications, the catch is they don’t mention it anywhere and through pure UI of an app it’s not visible. You only know it when they charge you and they don’t have refund;) So i will close my card immediately after my credit is paid off. Worst banking experience so far.
