The app has a clean, easy-to-navigate interface and offers smooth, reliable messaging. I love the customizations available, and the ability to send media and make voice calls works perfectly. It’s fast, secure, and makes staying in touch with friends and colleagues a breeze. It isn’t for someone trying to do business and be quick. The message filters don’t work and it’s impossible to see your important conversations. Sense is Another software company with no vision but to extract more money without providing more value (because that’s harder work). ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Absolutely awful on mobile *2026-01-17* Message previews will appear in the notifications, but if you want to see up to date messages in the app, you better be prepared to wait at least 5 minutes for it to load. Keyboard lag is also a consistent issue within the app, just a complete headache to use, especially since I use this for work!! ### 1/5 — Horrible for mobile app *2025-12-02* If I could give a negative star I would. A couple examples: 1. When a new message pops up on phone screen, I’ll unlock phone to review and respond and the message is gone and most recent messages shown are from the 12+ hours ago typically. 2. When I search a contact to message, it might find them after you’ve spelled out nearly there entire name, but only for a split second, then their name disappears too and suggests anyone else except them. ### 1/5 — Constantly fighting to stay logged in *2025-09-28* Constantly logged out of the app. Every time i go to log back in all it says is something went wrong try again later. This happens every other day if not more often. Doesn’t load. Logs me out randomly and then won’t let me back in. It’s slow. It has so many glitches. I use this for work and our entire team is constantly sending tickets into IT.
