Do not get this app. I reported this company to the business bureau, and to my bank so they aren’t able to get money out of me. But they continued trying to get money out of my account even after canceling the subscription with multiple attempts. The app isn’t even what it’s advertised. There is no way to cancel, and they continue to charge you after multiple times trying to cancel. I had to replace my cc because of this. Also none of the videos or lessons even load, so you can’t use the app anyway. ### 1/5 — SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE *2026-04-10, version 5.1.0* Do not purchase a subscription from this app. I have tried to cancel and email them numerous times they do not cancel and have been charging me monthly. I canceled credit card and was sent a new one which they somehow got access to and are still charging me!!! COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!! ### 1/5 — Hard to cancel *2026-04-08, version 5.1.0* You can’t just cancel. You have to submit a request to cancel the subscription. Then they email you offering a discount and you have to confirm you want to cancel. Then they’ll supposedly send you instructions on how to actually cancel but I’ve been trying to cancel for a while and haven’t received any instructions and it keeps charging my card. I submitted a third request to cancel and confirmed I want to cancel and now I’m getting ready to dispute the charges and report the company for fraud. It shouldn’t be this hard to cancel a subscription. You cannot simply cancel your subscription once you try the free trial. They make you send multiple emails and jump through several hoops to get out of the subscription. It honestly should not be allowed. Still trying to get it cancelled. I contacted the company almost immediately after subscribing because I didn’t like the app and wanted to cancel my subscription. My cancellation request was completely ignored - I received no response whatsoever. Despite requesting cancellation before the charge, I was still charged $38,95. I find this kind of subscription practice extremely concerning. If a customer explicitly asks to cancel and the company simply ignores the request and charges them anyway, that is not acceptable. I have now contacted them again requesting an immediate cancellation and a full refund. If they do not resolve this, I will be disputing the charge with my bank. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being very careful before subscribing and keeping screenshots of any cancellation requests you make. ### 1/5 — Be careful *2026-08-17, version 5.2.0* This is the most awful and scammy app I’ve ever used. Once you sign up for the trial, it feels almost impossible to get rid of the subscription. They kept charging me for over a year even though I never used the app and repeatedly tried to cancel the subscription and stop the charges. If you want to waste your money on something you don’t use and struggle to cancel, this is the app for you. ### 1/5 — They keep charging me *2026-08-07, version 5.2.0* Avoid this app at all costs. This has been one of the worst subscription experiences I’ve ever had. I cancelled my subscription multiple times, submitted support requests, and sent emails, yet I was ignored every single time. Despite my repeated cancellation requests, they continued charging my card month after month. To make matters worse, they even charged my replacement bank card after my original card was replaced. I have now lost around AUD $180 because of these unauthorized recurring charges and have been forced to dispute the transactions with my bank. Looking through the reviews, I can see I’m far from the only customer experiencing this. If you’re thinking about downloading this app, be extremely careful. Senses ads prominently marketed exercises and techniques to improve intimacy through different sexual positions. Instead, the app primarily consists of meditation and mindfulness content. At no point did your advertisements suggest that meditation would be the core offering. This feels misleading and does not match the expectations set by your marketing. I subscribed expecting practical guidance to improve intimacy and sexual experiences, not meditation sessions. As a result, I don’t believe the app delivers the value that was promised in the advertisements. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-06-24, version 5.2.0* Have emailed twice to have my subscription cancelled they stopped for a couple months and then randomly charged me again!
