The articles are chock-full of helpful information and practical tips to make daily living easier, and the in-depth interviews with leading experts are fascinating. Each issue is packed with a wealth of content, so I feel like I’m getting a major bang for my buck.

I love the layout of the magazine. Easy to read,  colorful calming images, not overloaded with information and ads. Rather than get overcharged from jam packed pages in other magazines, Sensitive Living let’s breathe in and feel calm. I like the addition of short audio meditations, too. It’s a magazine where I can refer back to easily for support and the steps shared by the experts. Great job!!

As a therapist and a fellow HSP, this magazine resonated with me as well as providing excellent resources and tools for those I serve. It is filled with coping strategies, a DELIGHTFUL and insightful interview(James Van Praagh), personal stories from other HSPs and excellent tips for living in a world that can often feel overwhelming. It also provides practical, useable information to help navigate these somewhat chaotic times. It is visually pleasing as well! While there are books available for the HSP, there isn't any mainstream magazine dedicated exclusively to Highly Sensitive People until Sensitive Living Magazine came out. I found all the articles were very helpful to successfully navigate life as someone born a HSP. So glad I found this magazine. I can't wait to read future issues.
