I tried several times under the season passport member to get my tickets for today. It wouldn’t work. So I tried as a new member. It didn’t work. So I went inside and had the girl at the counter help me. She got it to work on my phone through general admission. Why are there other options if we have to get the tickets under general admission? How are we supposed to know?  Why is general admission last on the list under get tickets if it’s the one that works?  No, I am not a fan if your app.

I don’t know who this app is for— user interface is tricky, content is kindergarten level. None of it updated to reflect current conditions/schedules.

That would all be forgivable, if there was a zoo map (like they hand out by the thousands daily). But if it’s in there, I can’t find it.
