I have been at this for decades and this is hands down the best purpose-driven, all-around process flowcharting/ process mapping/modeling tool that I have encountered to date. Uses a business centric proprietary flowchart symbol set. Easy to use, cross platform, right-priced tool. Creates flowchart based swim lanes in vertical or horizontal format and my preferred visual, a single horizontal process flow with actor/performer labels adjacent to the task/activity. Draw once, click to change between the three chart formats. Very easy to navigate, create charts quickly with minimal effort.
