## What is SensZ FMS?

SensZ FMS — Smart Sensor Fleet Management

SensZ FMS is the companion app for SensZ IoT sensors, built for facility teams who need real-time visibility into what's happening across their sites — without walking the floor to check.

Pair a new sensor over Bluetooth, connect it to your site Wi-Fi, and it starts reporting in minutes. From there, SensZ FMS becomes your single view into every sensor's status, every alert it raises, and every task your team needs to act on.

Sensor pairing & setup
• Discover and pair SensZ sensors over Bluetooth
• Provision each sensor onto your site's Wi-Fi network
• Organize devices by location, floor, and type

Live monitoring & insights
• Track air quality, restroom occupancy, soap dispenser levels, and wet-floor events
• View trends by day, week, or month with clear charts and breakdowns by site, floor, and gender
• See which sensors are online, idle, or offline at a glance

Alerts that reach you
• Set threshold-based alert rules per sensor type and site
• Get notified by push, WhatsApp, or email the moment something needs attention
• Pause or edit rules anytime as your sites change

Dispatch & field response
• Every sensor alert becomes a trackable task, automatically
• Move tasks through Open → Team dispatched → Completed
• Keep a clear record of what was reported and what was done about it

Built for teams that manage more than one site
Whether you're running one building or a portfolio of them, SensZ FMS scopes everything — devices, insights, and alerts — by location and floor, so your view stays relevant no matter how many sensors you're managing.

Requires a SensZ sensor and an active SensZ account to get started.
