Cannot pay premium, find a doctor or providers, get personal health record, personal health assessment, wellness tools, view care plan, and cannot change primary care physician. None of those items have ever worked on this app and they don’t even work on their website. Always says this service is unavailable. Useless! Worst of all this app has had these flaws for a long time and they never get fixed! ### 3/5 — “Back” Button Broken *2026-05-14* When searching for a doctor, you will noticed that the “BACK” button is broken as it will take you back to the homepage and you will lose all of your filter inputs. Annoying to retype and reselect every time I look at a different doctor’s information page. ### 1/5 — Non functional *2026-03-21* Not well thought out or tested Buttons with dark green lettering on dark blue background No ability to reference my data in different parts of the same app For example, schedule a virtual visit for a dependent. All the dependent’s info has to be retyped even though it’s all there in a different screen of the same app. Including finding the member number- all that data lost while going to a different screen of the same app. Have to write it down on paper before going back to the virtual visit and having to enter it all again. Finding and switching doctors doesn’t work Needs better design, integration and testing ### 1/5 — Need Actual Primary Care Providers *2026-03-10, version 17.0.0* Just started my health insurance through work, started the app and they gave me a primary care provider, the one given isn’t a primary care provider and neither is the 15 numbers I called trying to find a Dr to be MY Dr. This is exactly why men stay silent and die at work! ### 1/5 — This app is a nightmare *2026-03-05, version 17.0.0* What should’ve taken less than 15 minutes, booking a telehealth appointment with a psychiatrist took closer to 45 minutes with all the app glitches. With all the money these health corporations are raking in they could at least make a functioning app. As always these it’s profits over people with these scum bags. Shining the Luigi signal for the CEO of Sentara. ### 3/5 — It keeps force closing! *2026-01-15, version 16.9.0* App crashes when trying to make virtual visits. ### 1/5 — Terrible service *2025-10-30* The app crashes and I am unable to use it because sentara isn’t managing all of the services. The app is for show almost 0 functionality. If I can get the find a doctor tab to actually work all the results are outdated and out of network when you call them. Terrible experience. ### 2/5 — Sentara Health Plans *2025-10-29* I am able to see my card, my coverage, and my claims. However, whenever I try to pay the monthly premium, this app ALWAYS says “We’re sorry, this service is currently unavailable. Please try again.” It is the same if I go online to Sentara also. To me that is unacceptable. ### 1/5 — ! *2025-07-17, version 16.7.10* I have never had some much trouble using an app or trying to pay a bill. Online services do not work.
