저는 [업체 이름]의 송금 서비스를 이용해 보았는데, 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 거래는 신속하게 처리되었고, 절차도 간단하며 약속한 시간 안에 정확히 송금되었습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 문의에 성실하게 응대해 주었습니다.

I had a very frustrating experience with Sentbe. When I changed my phone number, I had to take and submit over 10 pictures to verify my identity. Each time I submitted what they asked for, they kept adding more requirements, making the process unnecessarily difficult. Due to the urgency of the situation and my unfamiliarity with the app, I just went along with it — but if I had known how troublesome it would be, I would have used another app.

On top of that, a system error caused the transaction to fail, and I kept receiving error notifications and I asked sentbe to refund my money. It took an entire day to resolve the issue and they only refund even after following work by day and I had to keep reminding them to process the refund  after providing a clear screenshot of my bank account number, they still blamed the issue on the bank instead of resolving the issue.

문제가 발생했을때 고객이 겪을 불편함을 전혀 고려하지 않음 직원 응대의 문제가 아니라 센트비라는 플렛폼 자체의 구조적 문제임
돈보내야 하는데 몇일 묵여서 50만원 아끼려다가 300만원 추가비용 발생함.. 센트비는 당일입금되니까 하고 이틀전에 한 제 잘못도 있지만 이런 플렛폼 빠른속도 믿지말고 미리미리 합시다
상담 시스템 앱 안으로 넣던가요 상담원 답변 30분 넘게 걸리는데 알림도  없어서 고객이 그거 폰 켜두고 은행 앞에서 기다려야 하나요?ㅎㅎ

One of the most glitchy least friendly user apps I’ve ever tried.  Cannot send money due to MULTIPLE glitches, the log in system on the computer is atrocious, and for some reason I cannot select skt as a carrier, kt and the other work fine but I don’t use those.  Please fix your app and hire better programmers
