### 5/5 — Another great app

*2011-10-14, version 1.0*

Great app just like the regular Sentence Builder, but with more age appropriate content for older kids. Purchase this app and all of mobile education store's apps as they are some of the best apps on the market.

### 5/5 — Great tool for Language therapy.

*2011-10-13, version 1.0*

I work with elementary school children but have been able to use this with my fourth and fifth grade students to create more complex sentence. They like the pictures and the challenge of creating sentences that are supposed to be "too hard" for them.

### 5/5 — Sentence Builder

*2011-10-12, version 1.0*

I would recommend this app for any parents, educators, professionals working with teens that stuggle with sentence building. The topics are excellent for teens giving them a wide range of questions and levels to work with. The pictures are appealling to this age group. Highly recommended.....

### 5/5 — Perfect for teens!

*2011-10-12, version 1.0*

No animations are great for the older child! Well built app by Mobile Education once again!

### 5/5 — Nice app!

*2011-10-11, version 1.0*

A nice app for teens to help with sentence construction. The pictures are filled with activities that teens can relate to. It works well for a variety of user abilities, with the option of choosing what parts of the sentence the teen will need to fill in. Thanks Mobile Education Store for making this available!

### 5/5 — Another GREAT app!

*2011-10-11, version 1.0*

Mobile Education has done it again! This time, with older children in mind. The use of real photos and boy/girl themes along with three levels of dificulty makes this app a must have for anyone trying to help older children/teens understand sentence structure.

### 5/5 — another great app

*2011-10-11, version 1.0*

I really like this app. A lot of my students have difficulty making sentences up. This app is great for that. The pictures are great. Will definitely be using it in my therapy sessions.

### 5/5 — Great app for tweens and teens!

*2011-10-11, version 1.0*

This is a great sentence building app for the older set. The high quality photos and popular themes make this an app that tweens and teens will want to use. The ability to choose the difficulty level, and to use with different students makes this a real winner!

### 5/5 — Another Great App from Mobile Education

*2011-10-11, version 1.0*

Mobile Education continues its winning streak. I have used Sentence Builder for quite awhile and the Teen version is perfect for working with Middle/High School language impaired students. The sentences' complexity is great for developing more descriptive language.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2011-10-11, version 1.0*

Wonderful app for the teen group. The pictures are great and sentences are tricky enough for the older kids to really have to look at them.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2011-10-10, version 1.0*

As I have a preteen girl she loves the pictures about actual things she sees. This app is very well done! I would recommend it highly. My daughter usually has a short attention span but loves to work on this app! Well done!!!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Need to get fixed ASAP

*2015-09-30, version 1.3*

I just downloaded this app to work with one of my clients and doesn't displayed the picture below the multi-wheel picker tool.

### 2/5 — No visual cues

*2011-11-30, version 1.0*

I really want to like this app and it would be such a wonderful tool in my classroom, but my students are deaf. There are no visual cues to let them know they have a correct sentence and there is no visual feedback to lead them to the right choice. It is not worth the price tag for my classroom.

### 3/5 — Good .......but ...... silent

*2011-11-15, version 1.0*

Fabulous to look at, but not only is it silent but ConversationBuilder no longer welcomes me. And one of my favourite Montessori apps also went silent after I loaded SentenceBuilder. On the plus side, I don't need to translate the accent.

### 4/5 — Great for syntax

*2019-11-12, version 1.4.3*

This app is great to use with middle schoolers. It is good practice for syntax and subject/verb agreement. It is a nice break from worksheets and the whiteboard. To make it a five star app, add in more future and past tense sentences and irregular verbs.

### 4/5 — Tweens love it

*2012-08-08, version 1.1*

The teen version of this app is really good for those who are not teens yet becaue it uses real life pictures! Great APP!

### 4/5 — Good app

*2012-05-29, version 1.1*

I like the picture themes which are more appropriate for teen users. However, there seems to be a glitch with the data keeping portion. It only recognized 2 of my 20 attempts. The regular version doesn't have this problem so I'm sure it's a problem that can be quickly fixed.

### 4/5 — Sentence builder teen

*2012-04-16, version 1.1*

Great way to create sentence, totally age appropriate and it is great to see an app geared to the older child.
Nice to see an app that focuses on the smaller words that are used in English.

### 4/5 — Sentence Builder Teen

*2011-10-12, version 1.0*

Thank you for a creating a teen app. We were looking for an app that had content pertaining to teen interests. The images are great and the sentences are more challenging.... :-)

### 4/5 — Great App! A4cwsn

*2011-10-12, version 1.0*

My oldest son really enjoyed this app, and it is great at helping him with his comprehension skills too. The best part was he really enjoyed learning and it helps build his reading skillls.

### 5/5 — My go to app!

*2014-11-24, version 1.3*

Amazing app for sentence structure for English learners!
I would love it if you would also create a more advanced app for sentence building.

### 5/5 — Therapist

*2014-02-28, version 1.3*

Love this, great for therapy,

### 5/5 — Great app

*2013-03-13, version 1.2*

This is a great app for working on sentence structure. The variety of verbs, prepositions and pronouns that you are presented with make this app a great follow up to the regular Sentence Builder.

### 5/5 — Great app for older kids!

*2012-04-16, version 1.1*

Another stellar app from Mobile Education Store! Great for practicing sentence structure. My daughter is currently on level one. Looking forward to advancing to the higher levels!

### 5/5 — Loved the original version of this app, REALLY love the teen version

*2012-04-06, version 1.1*

This is a great addition to the SentenceBuilder series of apps. My kids love the photographs. Although meant for teens, the fact is that younger kids will like this one too. I like that you have the option of turning the encouragement animations on or off, its makes this app appropriate for younger kids as well as teens.

### 5/5 — Diana Zimmerman, MS, CCC-SLP

*2011-12-06, version 1.0*

I use Sentence Builder Teen with a 7th grade student with hearing impairment / cochlear implants. He is fluent in American Sign Language and is having difficulty transitioning to spoken language (especially clauses and prepositions). Sentence Buidler Teen helps us focus on syntax, vocabulary, and articulation all at once. This program is very engaging for him!

I also use this program with 5th and 6th graders with expressive language deficits and find the program very useful and engaging. They often are suprrised when they click select and find out their answer isn't correct! It really teaches them to proofread and catch their errors!

### 5/5 — SentenceBiulder Teen - another quality app from Mobile Education

*2011-10-28, version 1.0*

I have bought many of the mobile education store apps they are are all very good quality, This one is a more mature version of the original Sentence Builder app, with photos of subjects that will interest teen and tweens. It is very flexible as you can vary the difficulty depending on the students level. As with all the Mobile Ed apps the ability of the student to record themselves and then listen to the playback is a great motivator

### 5/5 — age appropriate for teens

*2011-10-27, version 1.0*

Thanks for another great app. The photos are age appropriate and engaging for teens.

### 5/5 — Another awesome app from an extraordinary developer!!

*2011-10-27, version 1.0*

We just took our first long trip in the car - w/ an iPad. What an amazing tool!! My kids both did awesome w/ it! I am in awe of what you have invented to help our kids!! I say that with all sincerity! For my Adam to use your learning programs as if they were games... I don't have the words to say how good that feels on this mom's heart! I'm going to be checking out the rest of your products and see what I can afford, and what Santa will be bringing!! I do thank you for taking time to develop such a wonderful learning tool, in each of your programs (we have sentence builder and preposition builder). Thank you!! :-)

### 5/5 — Used with son who has special needs

*2011-10-21, version 1.0*

Great app for teens! Instead of animated pictures there are photos of action shots showing teens engaged with activity and/or other people. Uses scenarios in which teens might actually find themselves. Sentences are well constructed and vary from simple to more complex. The one ting I'd like to see added in addition to the Teen Boy and Teen Girl modules is a Co-Ed module showing teens in situations like parties, sports venues, school hallway between classes, at the mall, etc. Another great app from Mobile Education Store! Thanks.
