They’ve been working on this new update for two weeks and it still sucks. Screen frozen…can’t log in. My patience is thin and I may change banking institutions soon. This is ridiculous!

Too difficult to have an app that lets you use Face ID or a pin to sign in. Says I can’t sign up for it because of too many failed attempts. There were 0 failed attempts, same with pin. Fix the app.

Tried to pay for skilled nursing care for mother. Charge was for under $5000 and blocked. Called them and submitted Power of Attorney and they still argued with me about making the payment. Pathetic.
