## What is Sentir?

End your day with clarity, gratitude, and a few quiet minutes with God.

Sentir guides you through the Ignatian Examen—a simple daily prayer for noticing where love was present, where you fell short, and what deserves your attention tomorrow.

GUIDED DAILY EXAMEN
Move through a calm, step-by-step reflection without wondering what to pray next. Save the words you want to remember and return to them later.

PARTICULAR EXAMEN
Choose one habit to work on. Make a brief check at midday and evening, then follow your progress without streak pressure or gamification.

YOUR PRIVATE PRAYER JOURNAL
Browse past reflections, notice patterns, and view meaningful progress over time. Protect the app with Face ID or Touch ID and choose whether to sync through iCloud.

BUILT FOR DAILY PRACTICE
• Gentle reminders at the times you choose
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
• Live Activities and Dynamic Island during a guided Examen
• Apple Watch support for prayer and quick check-ins
• Siri and Shortcuts access

Sentir is designed for Catholics, Christians, and anyone drawn to Ignatian spirituality, gratitude, examination of conscience, and a more attentive life.

A few quiet minutes. An honest look at the day. A practice you can return to.
