The interface design is confusing, it is neither intuitive or easy to use, it takes 5 screens to get to where you need to go when any other app would get you there in 2. The school are saying your app is faulty and deletes information. I can’t understand how this can be the key communication tool with the school if the app rarely loads. Do you developers have any common sense? So I keep missing information. I contacted them to advise - no response. ### 1/5 — Authentication process is painful *2025-06-23, version 6.1.1* Perhaps in a misguided attempt at security the app is painful to login. It does have biometric log in but this seems to not be available/expire randomly. If you have to reset your password it uses a web process meaning you have to log in again separately to access the app. Accounts seem to have very strict protocols preventing shared emails or phone numbers and seemingly no way to consolidate accounts. Initial account creation process also requires way more information than is sensible or necessary if all you want is to book a parent/teacher interview ### 1/5 — bum app *2025-06-15, version 6.1.1* i have to sign in every time and when i sign in i have to do it 3 times. plz make this like a real app🫰 ### 1/5 — Was already bad and then it got worse *2025-04-19, version 6.1.1* Updates are hard to come by, buggy and sluggish interface. This app is still unfortunately used by schools and I’m not religious but I pray to god they find any other provider because this app is quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had trying to find something as simple as daily notifications. Still has my year 8 school photo as my profile picture- I am in year 10. ### 1/5 — Some of the worst onboarding experience for apps and web *2025-04-11, version 6.1.1* Adding schools and tracking my child through this app (and web) works once you pass the 12 labours of Hercules in getting through logon or onboarding. Did you guys test this? Horrendous is perhaps an adjective I would use for a parent to get onboard. The security requirements make access even by authorised users difficult. “Support” is a pretty loosely used word. You need to modernise and rewrite the onboarding. No options, no text, nothing. So frigging frustrating I now need to go into the school to pay as my youngest sons school doesn’t have an eftpos system. This app is so annoying! Please fix it. ### 1/5 — So incredibly irritating *2026-06-03, version 6.2.0* I use this as a student and whenever I have to log in it makes me go through THREE whole sign in pages where I’m doing essentially the exact same thing. It never saves any of my login, even when I explicitly check the box to say I want it to. Upon logging in, there’s a big banner over where I can swap to see my information telling me to download the app, even though I clearly have it already!! This is right below the button the X out of the process, so, more often than not, I end up having to log in all over again—that’s SIX times I have to put in my same password and student log in!! Congratulations to the developers. ### 5/5 — Needs improvement *2024-12-26, version 6.0.8* Trying to download my child’s school reports off sentral before the end of the year before it gets deleted and I now have the loading circle of doom every time I try to log in. ### 5/5 — Great App *2023-07-15* I have 2 seperate schools who use different functionality within the app. I have never had problems logging in and being logged out after an update is normal for any app. I think there are no problems with the app from what I have read but what schools allow you do to. Good app for what is required to be able to receive communication from the school but I assume the school needs to tuen on the functionality to allow communication back. I don’t think it is the apps fault. **Developer response:** Thanks for your review.
