Upon downloading, it only gives you the option to sign in. If this is supposed to be a high-level app, where is the help button or anything that should be on the home screen help us navigate the app? Very confusing.

The app works well. The bluetooth functionality that should allow to open the door at the moment is not working. Everything else is working fine - update Oct 2025: the bluetooth feature now allows to open the door so I changed my rating and gave 5 star.

The only annoying thing is the way paying rent work. Opens up a different window to a url where i have to log in again and traverse the website just to pay. Would be a lot easier to be able to do it directly on APL instead of by proxy. I find it easier at times to just open up my browser and do it directly makes no difference.

• Post what you’re selling or looking for, add photos, and browse neighbors’ listings.
• Edit details anytime, take a listing down, or reactivate it. New listings stay live for 90 days; reactivation lists them again for 30 more.
• Message a neighbor in a private chat. End the conversation when you’re done. Notifications pause, and the history remains.
• See a badge on Marketplace for new listing messages. Turn on push notifications so you don’t miss a reply.

Your building team may review new posts before neighbors see them, so the board stays trusted and useful.
