As a contractor, time is literally money, and a lot of my time is spent trying to get this stupid app to connect to the lock boxes. I can’t stand realtors and property managers who insist on using this horribly designed system. Do your contractor a favor and just put a regular lock box on your properties. ### 1/5 — Brokerages Stay Away! *2023-04-12, version 2.2.0* This app never works properly. Constant errors which result in a huge waste of time for staff answering calls to resolve issues. The amount of times I have been given lockbox codes over the phone is concerning. Anyone could just pretend to be a realtor having problems with this app and gain access to a property. ### 1/5 — Terrible App - *2023-03-09* Cannot log in, cannot reset password, cannot create new account What the heck is going on? Can’t even do simple things like changing your email without getting a error. I was asked to download it to get access to a showing 2 hours away. I downloaded the app and filled out all my information and getting a “unable to create your account” message. My wife tried and got the same message. It is Friday evening and my showing is on Saturday. I can’t get a hold of anyone for support until Monday morning. As a result, I had to cancel the showing and won’t be showing anything that requires this app in the future. ### 1/5 — The worst. Total nightmare *2022-10-15, version 2.0.3* The worst. Total nightmare. They give you support Monday to Friday which is not great when you are standing on the driveway show on the Saturday afternoon in the pouring rain. I would give zero stars if I could. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio where nobody wants to live so obviously have no idea what it’s like running buyers around in markets where people Italy want to live. ### 1/5 — Ip *2021-09-11, version 2.0.3* Terrible app. Full of s***t. No customer service, can’t registrar as it’s not sending verification code. I am stuck because Kitchener real estate board is allowing this useless app and only get access by SentriLock. When I call the customer service to help me solve the issue by activating my account they say they can’t do anything up until Monday. So I booked 10 showings for the weekend which I cannot access because the app is glitching. Out of 40 sentri locks I’ve been granted access 4 times I’m at the point to where if a house is using sentri lock I’m just going to avoid that house! ### 1/5 — Crashes *2025-08-29* App force closes 9 times out of 10 ### 1/5 — It does not work *2025-05-18, version 2.16.0* I am a realtor and I am frustrated every time I have to use this app, with no face recognition, not working properly and most of the time is a waste of time for my clients and my self ### 1/5 — Basically direct work *2024-08-29* Showings created through ShowingTime don’t create access requests in SentriConnect so I’m left to call the listing agent office for a one day code. So, basically, it doesn’t work. Even when trying to create a new account with multiple emails with random emails and my own 3 emails it says none are available!!! When trying to set up security questions, you can’t scroll to click to go to the next step. Checked my junk mail and still nothing. I got tired to refreshing my email that I creating another account with the same email as before and it didn’t mark it as “this email already exists” so that just tells me the app doesn’t work AT ALL. ### 3/5 — Will not let me verify my account *2020-11-17* When I open email and click link to verify it sends me to a safari page that redirects me to the AppStore, but I already have the app downloaded. I clicked resend link and it did the same thing over again. :( ### 2/5 — Needs search option *2021-02-26* I didn’t have any problem with registering. You have to open the email on your mobile device to finish setting up. The issue I have is that you have to be by the property to look it up. This is NOT very useful for appraisers. I go all over the place and I run a very tight schedule to get to all the places I need to go. I need to arrange access ahead of time. It would be more helpful if I could look up any property by address and then see the agent and request access. Or if it worked with ShowingTime where I already request appointments. Right now I have to contact the agent separately and have them generate a one day code and text the code to me.
