Constantly logs me out, and it works slow. I only use it because I have to

Unlocking runs very slow in comparison to the older version of the app. Also regularly has bugs that require a relog to give accounts access. I should not have to wait two minutes for a door to unlock when I scan a code / NFC and the location based unlock should not be buried under 4 buttons to get to when you have it listed as a favorite.

Horrible experience using this app. Two biggest issues:

- constantly logs you out
- favorites are buried 4 interactions deep

What’s the point of having favorites if I have to change screens and press three times to use it?

I’ve gone back to just using my physical key because it’s more efficient.

Just doesn’t work, at least not quick enough to prevent rage setting in. And that’s before you’ve even got into the office!

The app should do one thing right - open a door - but it manages to complicate that with regular login failures, and an onboarding screen that appears every time you log in. Support suggested it’s a Wi-Fi / 4G issue but I have Wi-Fi disabled and I still get stuck in front of the door once every three times. Very frustrating to use and the rest of the office agrees

This app has literally one function and it can’t even do that well. It keeps logging out randomly (even with Wi-Fi off), every time you log in it shows the instructions as if it’s the first time, the widget doesn’t show anything but text even if I have favourite keys, sometimes you have to log out and log back in cause the keys don’t work…
Seriously I’d rather have a physical key

The one and only flaw for me, it signs me right out. Before either DoorDeck, I stayed signed for a few days and it was very convenient, specifically with everyday use.

Need to try about 5 times to get GPS verified. If GPS api doesn’t work well for you, why not just try collecting a list of Bluetooth and Wi-fi devices as alternative verification solution?
