You guys need to fix the withdrawal and funding mechanism 
Imagine I want to withdraw and the money for stock due to network issues or as they say faulty network
The customer care is telling me after 5 working days 
Like WTH who’s does that if there is a network problem you should refund my money immediately or later in the day no days after 
This needs to be fixed 
And again you guys should also tell customers when the network is safer to make a transfer so they won’t be any casualties

Great at first then all of a sudden start having issues. Holding funds for weeks, constant deposit issue. It’s crazy! Currently searching for an alternative

Asking for too much information. I mean have submitted my national identification number, the nin has already identified me what do you still need my bank verification number for ? Are you trying to steal our information?

I often send money to Nigeria and China. Most times the app just runs and runs and then gives me an error message. One time I let it sit for 23 minutes to process and it never processed. Very difficult to send money. It’s a hit or miss. Most times a miss but I was able to send a few times.
